GBNegative 10 Rating If a company could receive a Negative10+ rating it would be this company for their business practice. I paid for 12 months of service upfront because they promised to get my 5 year old bankruptcy off and clean up some older items on my credit to put me in position to purchase a home. Nothing that was removed stayed removed. The accounts were added back to my report within 3 months and my bankruptcy was never removed as promised. A few months into using them I also referred my now husband who allowed them to work on his credit for 11 months unfortunately they were not able to get his score any higher than when he started 11 months ago. He has been trying to cancel service for 3mths and they continue to debit our acct. so we had to get our bank involved to reject the debits. His Wolfgang rep had the audacity to tell him he still owes them because they would like to continue working on 3 items that they've already sent rebuttals on. Insane how companies take your hard earned money only to play with you. As working class people who are trying to fixed their credit, $2500 between the 2 of us is a alot of money for No real results. Honestly we would have done a lot better by using that money to open a Secured Credit Line to build new credit. That alone would've improved our score with no loss. Lesson learned. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT waste your time and money dealing with this company.

GBDO NOT LEAVE YOUR CREDENTIALS WITH THEM DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CREDENTIALS WITH THEM Never trust a company who asks you to give them credit monitoring credentials. Any company worth their salt should have internal tools using APIs to pull data. This is what creditors do when they analyze your credit so why can't this company do that? I would advise no one hand over their information to them and for anyone who has to change their passwords immediately. RE (Their response): As you can see all they can provide is useless platitudes. In the era of Facebook selling your personal data, 'we don't do anything bad, trust me bro. :)' is no comfort. They still have not supplied how they secure the transfer of storage of credentials, and their excuses are irrelevant. Soft pulls are a thing, and any company worth their salt would figure out how to interface with Credit Bureaus to work and get this resolved.

GBI learned of Wolfgang in June of 2022… I learned of Wolfgang in June of 2022 and gave them a month or so but no progress. So I left and then thought about going back and I am thankful I did because all it took was patience. In august of 2022, I had 24 inquiries disputed. For the month of October, only 7 are now disputed which is a huge difference! 17 inquires removed so far!! Now, I haven’t checked my credit report to see if some of those inquiries were over two years old but still I am very thankful that they are helping!!! I am in the process of buying a house and refinancing my vehicle and this will be very very helpful!!! I am confident that I will continue to see progress as the upcoming months go by.

GBI was extremely skeptical at first I was extremely skeptical at first, like the average person 🥴. I’ve worked with people I never saw change in a month+ and I had someone scam me out of $500. I decided to give it a go, so we can buy a house and my score shot up almost 100 points in a week and my husbands is at 20 points up, but I’m A OK with the wait because this company is awesome and true to their word!
