Confused/Ignored/Lied Too I've tried many times to call Vincent and their automated phone answering voice kept hanging up on me. Just can't get answers because I feel like Greenstone legal group is trying to screw me.

They were very professional They were very professional, yet understanding. They discussed everything with me, slowly. So that I could understand it all, they told me of the cost involved. So there would be no hidden fees surprises later. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Level One Presentation The only issue I see is the level one presentation should be completed by the customer service team via either Zoom or MS Teams. The presentation should be completed before the Notary comes to get paperwork signed. The presentation should not be completed by the Notary. That way you are hearing from the customer service team and not someone not familiar with Level One.
