Alexis is without a doubt the sweetest person I've ever spoken with. Very knowledgeable and knows how to explain things Alexis is without a doubt the sweetest person I've ever spoken to on the phone. She is always so warm and caring I feel so fortunate that she is working with me on my bill consolidation loan. Truly a great person. Level One Presentation The only issue I see is the level one presentation should be completed by the customer service team via either Zoom or MS Teams. The presentation should be completed before the Notary comes to get paperwork signed. The presentation should not be completed by the Notary. That way you are hearing from the customer service team and not someone not familiar with Level One.
