I expected results a lot sooner I expected results a lot sooner, but I guess the process is such that it takes a few months to get to the settlement phase. I also didn't expect NetDebt to take that large of a cut of the settlement. That part was not sufficiently explained during the sign up process. The overall result I hope will be satisfactory.

The service rep was honest about how my… The service rep was honest about how my credit rating would tank but would improve. It has. My biggest complaint is that my time for making payments has increased twice, so instead if being done on Oct of this year, it was extended to Jan and just recently to April, I think. Didn't get regular updates either however; all this is minor knowing that my credit is improving and my debts are being paid. I am grateful for Netdebt.

Deceiving Company The estimated time frame they’ll give you until your done with the program is way off from predictions. Then when you cancel your program , speak with two separate managers, who ensure your program has been canceled. They draft your money anyways!! Even in the hectic time , during a pandemic they still drafted my money, even though I had canceled the program a week ago. It’s been hell dealing with net debt. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company!!!

Highly Recommend Net Debt Net Debt has been both cooperative and very helpful in getting my credit card debts settled. Although I am still in the process, it is comforting to know that Net Debt has my back when it comes to dealing with creditors. They are truly professional in their help and guidance, as well as providing a clear and easy to use website. I am impressed with their first settlement for me and expect they will do as well for the remaining accounts.
