My biggest complaint is that my time for making payments has increased twice, so instead if being done on Oct of this year, it was extended to Jan and just recently to April, I think. Didn't get regular updates either however; all this is minor knowing that my credit is improving and my debts are being paid. I am grateful for Netdebt.

She was very engaged to what I was concerned about, and didn't try to push the blame elsewhere. She explained more than anyone else I've talked to and assured me that my debt would be gone before the end of my contract. She spoke calmly and directly, didn't interrupt me . Seamless process They have been great the entire time. For a person who always pays their bills on time, but knew I was seconds away from drowning and had no other option but to stop paying them was the hardest challenge for me.
