We were manipulated in buying a point system which was not clear by phone nor did they take time in providing a document explaining the renewal. We were blind-sided and we no longer want to belong to our vacation club because many things that we agreed to no longer exist. We contacted the Consumer Group for guidance and assistance requesting a full refund on our vacation weeks and renewal fees. So far, your company is keeping on deadlines, letters are good, and we feel you are knowledgeable, especially, business sells manipulations. We are pleased with the courtesy and attention by phone calls received. We are pleased with your staff and information on what to expect. Wished I would have met these guys first These guys seem to go the extra10 miles.i have never dealt with a more motivated bunch of people that genuinely enjoy what they do.I talked to Mark on the phone several different times for over an hour each time (I am not a phone person 5 minutes is a long call for me) He was informative, imparted alot of unknown laws and regulations to me and broaden my understanding of credit use,ratings, and how people molest u by saying something that sounds like what u need but is only more problems. THESE GUYS U CAN TRUST UNLIKE SOME WHO PROMISE U THE WORLD AND LEAVE U HOLDING A BAG FULL MANURE. I AM PROUD TO KNOW THEM AND EVEN PROUDER THAT I DIDN'T USE ANY BAD LANGUAGE. A FEW 4 LETTER ADJECTIVES WOULD HSVE MADE THIS CLEARER TO ALOT OF PEOPLE
