Jailene was exceptional to work with Jailene was great to work with and her customer service skills were excellent. She always answered my phone calls, texts, and e-mails in a timely manner. She made me feel at ease with the program. I'm looking forward to getting my life back and getting out of payday debt.

Mr. Beck Lewis-Superior Customer Service Mr. Beck Lewis at Solid Ground Financial is absolutely wonderful. He was so helpful throughout the whole process and never made me feel judged regarding our debt. He was extremely personal and I felt like I knew him after the first conversation. Solid ground is slow to get the… Solid ground is slow to get the accounts negotiated. I still have 2 credit cards that they still have not worked out a payment plan with and now the credit card companies are trying to file a court case for payments. If I did not have my other debt already in a payment plan I would pull out from this company. I have been dealing with this issue since June and now its October. Also payments to my other creditors started late September, so this company collected over 3 months of payments from me before they started truly working on my case.

He fixed everything and acknowledged my complaint and not only did he hear me out, I was reimbursed my money immediately!! I was so pleased!! Thank you Mr. Smith, it was a pleasure doing business with you and I highly recommend your company do other people in my area. Thank you for helping me out.
