He fixed everything and acknowledged my complaint and not only did he hear me out, I was reimbursed my money immediately!! I was so pleased!! Thank you Mr. Smith, it was a pleasure doing business with you and I highly recommend your company do other people in my area. Thank you for helping me out. I have been in the program for 6 months… I have been in the program for 6 months and we are still waiting to get a settlement from one of my debtors. I am pretty sure everything is paid off and would rather not keep making payments that aren’t necessary

He was so helpful throughout the whole process and never made me feel judged regarding our debt. He was extremely personal and I felt like I knew him after the first conversation. I would recommend this company to anyone trying to get a handle on their debt.

Solid ground is slow to get the… Solid ground is slow to get the accounts negotiated. I still have 2 credit cards that they still have not worked out a payment plan with and now the credit card companies are trying to file a court case for payments. If I did not have my other debt already in a payment plan I would pull out from this company. I have been dealing with this issue since June and now its October. Also payments to my other creditors started late September, so this company collected over 3 months of payments from me before they started truly working on my case.
