Nicholas has been Incredible Nicholas was my Solid Ground contact and I am so glad I called. Within days they were handling my concerns and already working on settlements. I had one creditor call me and I informed him that I was working with Solid Ground Financial and he actually apologized for bothering me. I have been in the program for 6 months… I have been in the program for 6 months and we are still waiting to get a settlement from one of my debtors. I am pretty sure everything is paid off and would rather not keep making payments that aren’t necessary

Solid ground is slow to get the… Solid ground is slow to get the accounts negotiated. I still have 2 credit cards that they still have not worked out a payment plan with and now the credit card companies are trying to file a court case for payments. If I did not have my other debt already in a payment plan I would pull out from this company. I have been dealing with this issue since June and now its October. Also payments to my other creditors started late September, so this company collected over 3 months of payments from me before they started truly working on my case.

He was so helpful throughout the whole process and never made me feel judged regarding our debt. He was extremely personal and I felt like I knew him after the first conversation.
