GBI got up and thought today was a good… I got up and thought today was a good day to address some issues about my credit. I called the credit pros and the energy, positive spirit and hope I got from Nicole Soto, of things getting resolved was more than I expected. The process has just began but I am positive they will deliver as promised and I will be updating my review with good news in a few weeks to come…🤞🏽. Thank you Nicole for helping get my credit to where it should be.

GBI am very pleased I've signed up with them 3 months ago and so far it's going well, I love it! As of right now, I am very pleased with the results they've given me and I know that with the credit pros, I'm going to continue working with them until I can see everything is cleaned up on my reports.

GBBuyer Beware If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Not only did they do nothing to repair my credit but I called to get the “guaranteed 90 day refund” and was told I couldn’t get my money refunded. The woman I spoke to was extremely unhelpful so I hung up to call back and talk to someone else. In the meantime I was sent an email saying the refund was processed. Well, it went to a closed bank account. Had she given me the opportunity to give her my new bank account information that wouldn’t have happened. Now they’re saying they can’t resend it. This is a crooked, shady company and I don’t know how they have such good reviews. Buyer beware. Update: my money was refunded but once AGAIN to the wrong account. Idk what is wrong with these people but listening is very clearly not their forte.
