Buyer Beware If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Not only did they do nothing to repair my credit but I called to get the “guaranteed 90 day refund” and was told I couldn’t get my money refunded. The woman I spoke to was extremely unhelpful so I hung up to call back and talk to someone else. In the meantime I was sent an email saying the refund was processed. Well, it went to a closed bank account. Had she given me the opportunity to give her my new bank account information that wouldn’t have happened. Now they’re saying they can’t resend it. This is a crooked, shady company and I don’t know how they have such good reviews. Buyer beware. Update: my money was refunded but once AGAIN to the wrong account. Idk what is wrong with these people but listening is very clearly not their forte.

Thank you the credit pros 8 months ago, my credit was so poor. I was drowning in debt and was barely making ends meet. I was just talking to a friend confiding my problem with my credit and she recommended the credit pros? So i tried and called them, and they advised me on what I was doing wrong and I did my part to fix them. It's sitll a work in progress but I am in a much better place than I did 8 months ago. I am very pleased I've signed up with them 3 months ago and so far it's going well, I love it! As of right now, I am very pleased with the results they've given me and I know that with the credit pros, I'm going to continue working with them until I can see everything is cleaned up on my reports.
