I’m able to quickly go online . I’m able to quickly go online and find my balance, my deposits and if there are any changes to my status on accounts. I didn’t like the short window I had to respond back to an offer that was made. I was at my doctors office and couldn’t get to my phone quickly enough and when I responded I was informed that the deal had gone away. That’s why I’m giving a 4star instead of 5stars.

First settlement approved in just 5… First settlement approved in just 5 months. Sooner than expected, easy to contact, they work with you if you have to adjust a payment. I’m hoping more settlements begin pouring in. Good to go at this point.

NO COMMUNICATION After waiting for literally hours on hold day after day I cannot get this firm to answer calls. No return phone calls. All I ever get is emails stating they received my message and/or documents. The attorney assigned to me has a phone that hangs up when i try calling. They have no problem taking my money month after month. I have litigation coming soon and NOTHING FROM THEM. i AM STILL ON HOLD AS i WRITE THIS REVIEW

Do not use. Talk to your debtors instead I had acquired new bills and couldn't pay my monthly credit card debt. I thought they could help. But after 4 months of putting escrow in my account, the creditors offered better settlements than clear creek had so I wanted to cancel. When I did, they only refunded me half of what I put in escrow. Do not use this company. They are just a group of money hungry attorneys and associates claiming to have good status with creditors.
