Feeling scammed
GBDO Not Use This Company DO Not Use This Company. I enrolled July 2023 made to feel that I made a right decision to use them. They have taken $295.00 a month to put into a Global Holding account that was to be used towards settlement with 4 debts I wanted help on to help me clear off debt. Never heard anything from the from month to month while I was told to not pay or talk to the companies who I have debt with. The calls, emails and warning of sending debt to a lawyer for collecting kept coming. I tried more times than I can remember to reach Clear Creek regarding these matters and never could get through. I finally was able to look at my Global Holding balance March 26, 2024 and the only money taken out was several fees for using Clear Creek and all that was there was $283.00. I finally made contact with Clear Creek and I asked for proof of retainers being sent to each company. The rep I spoke with said she cannot see this type of information. Than said that all lawyers fees and such amounting to $7000.00 must be paid first. Then they would proceed forward. This is not what I was told. If I knew this path and cost I would not have signed up with this company. They said you can leave the program anytime and so I chose to leave March 26. She said I should have my money refunded in 3 business days. I asked what if I do not receive my money? She said it’s not Clear Creeks responsibility and I would have to call Global Holdings. Today is March 29, 2024…the money is still actively in the Global Holding account. I have not received any notification of canceling the program nor any communication from Global Holdings.
