Read better business bureau website on them Pattern of Complaint: On December 29, 2023 BBB contacted Clear Creek Legal regarding a pattern of complaint. BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints with consumers alleging they requested a refund, but that it was not received. They also state that they were told they could cancel at any time with no penalties, but that large fees were deducted from the money that they had put in escrow leaving them with a small percent of the money they had contributed. The cost of the program is higher than paying off debt without the company’s services. In addition, consumers are not aware of their debt account status. Consumers claim the company allows their debts to go into default due to neglect. As of January 26, 2024 the business has failed to respond to the BBB's request to voluntarily address the pattern of complaint.

I’m able to quickly go online . I’m able to quickly go online and find my balance, my deposits and if there are any changes to my status on accounts. I didn’t like the short window I had to respond back to an offer that was made. I was at my doctors office and couldn’t get to my phone quickly enough and when I responded I was informed that the deal had gone away. That’s why I’m giving a 4star instead of 5stars.

Do not use. Talk to your debtors instead I had acquired new bills and couldn't pay my monthly credit card debt. I thought they could help. But after 4 months of putting escrow in my account, the creditors offered better settlements than clear creek had so I wanted to cancel. When I did, they only refunded me half of what I put in escrow. Do not use this company. They are just a group of money hungry attorneys and associates claiming to have good status with creditors. SCAM

Honestly I was very skeptical at first Honestly I was very skeptical at first, had unplanned debt from having an unexpected beautiful baby boy and having to to move etc. Unfortunately all during and right after covid. I must admit they have been wonderful so far. My credit is already going back up and settlements are being made. I still stress it since that is just my nature, however, they have removed so much of the stress of feeling stuck and hepless. I have no regrets with company

NO COMMUNICATION After waiting for literally hours on hold day after day I cannot get this firm to answer calls. No return phone calls. All I ever get is emails stating they received my message and/or documents. The attorney assigned to me has a phone that hangs up when i try calling. They have no problem taking my money month after month. I have litigation coming soon and NOTHING FROM THEM. i AM STILL ON HOLD AS i WRITE THIS REVIEW
