GBThis company refused to honor their 30-day money back guarantee This company refused to honor their 30-day money back guarantee. Here is what I wrote: “I just signed up for the 39.99/month plan with my credit approve. Although it has an abundance of useful information, very little of it applied to my personal situation. Consequently, I have canceled my account and would like a refund of 39.99, in accordance with your 30-day money back guarantee.” I canceled within an hour of purchasing. NO ONE ever wrote back. I called their number & someone said they will look into it, and get back to me. They noted there was “activity” on my account - whatever that means. That was weeks ago. NO ONE ever wrote back. Just took $39.99 of my money and ran with it. This is a completely scam company. Not sure coach q’s advice on YouTube is even legitimate. Stay away!

GBCoach Q is amazing! My score went up 76 points This company have helped me so much. I’ve started with Coach Q team 4 months ago and My score and reports have never been this good. I’ve just read some of the reviews and I feel bad for the other people but My score have went up 76 points onTransUnion and 58 points on Equifax. I believe they have remove 14 items total. I’m a single parent and has literally changed my life. Everyone experiences with this will be different. They customer service team need a little tuning but overall I’m very appreciative and I would recommend them to anyone.

GBHorrible communication and lack of confirmation During the sign-up process, I requested somebody reach out to me to go over the process overall. I was assured someone will reach out Within 24 hours. After 72 hours, I continue to request someone to give me a call, and I was unable to get anybody on the phone. Anytime I called the customer service number. It went straight to voicemail and I was sent an automated message. That message requested me send a text message voicing my concern. I sent a text message and still no response. I have requested that company cancel my membership and provide a full refund however, I have not received a response This was done. I’m currently in the process of filing a complaint Consumer protection agencies to get a refund.

GBI recommend them to anyone I was hesitant to signup originally because of some of the poor reviews, but I'm glad i did. I had a bunch of old medical bills on my credit report, and They provided a personalized approach, explaining how my credit is built and what's needed to get it moved in the right direction. As of today, They have removed all of my medical debt and none have returned since. I am impressed with them and their thorough and genuine approach to helping me reach my goal of buying a new car. I recommend them to anyone looking for REAL repair.
