I stumble on his channel trying to remove a couple of chargebacks. I always knew he was a genius. His software (MyCreditapprove.com) has blew my expectations by far. The Software imported all of my credit data and gave me instructions on how to remove them. I did some of the strategies he had on his YouTube channel and they worked great! GBI CAN'T BELIEVE THIS SOFTWARE WORKED! I can't believe this software worked! I'm literally lost for words right now! I started this software program 04/16/23 and I got my results back 05/11/23 and literally all of my collections and charge backs are gone! I tried 5 credit repair companies in my state and none of them worked. I almost gave up but something told me to try to do it by myself.

PHHonest and Professional! I have been working with My Credit Approve for long time and they have helped me get rid of inaccurate and derogatory accounts. They have explained how things worked and with that I really felt secure. They are very transparent and explained to me how the bureaus are fighting back with disputes and with that I am happy because of the transparency unlike with other companies they will promise you everything just to get you signed up. Kudos to your team!

GBHorrible communication and lack of confirmation During the sign-up process, I requested somebody reach out to me to go over the process overall. I was assured someone will reach out Within 24 hours. After 72 hours, I continue to request someone to give me a call, and I was unable to get anybody on the phone. Anytime I called the customer service number. It went straight to voicemail and I was sent an automated message. That message requested me send a text message voicing my concern. I sent a text message and still no response. I have requested that company cancel my membership and provide a full refund however, I have not received a response This was done. I’m currently in the process of filing a complaint Consumer protection agencies to get a refund.
