GBGreat service This is my first time using a company like this. I can say that every one that has been working on my case is and has been very helpful not to mention very personal. I do like that they have a number that you can call and actually speak with someone and it's not an answering service that takes you round and round before you get to actually speak with a person. Yes I would recommend continental credit to anyone in need of there services.

GB90 Days Progress was made! I started working with Continental Credit in December of 2022 and it is now February 28, 2023. Given my credit profile (after messing up my credit listening to a credit consolidation company), Continental did get some things removed from my reports in a very short period time. Today I spoke with Kalia who was very respectful, a good listener, and understood the fact that I wanted to come off the program for a few months while I pay some things off my report. I know I have read reviews that you get hassled when you want out, but not wit Kalia! She made my experience come to a smooth end, until I come back! Thank you Kalia you are the best I spoke with at Continental!

GBAmairany is amazing! Amairany was super helpful and sweet. She was very understanding about my unfortunate circumstance, which made me feel better my situation. She also was able to resolve my issue with ease, clearly communicated procedures/policies, and patiently gave instructions for managing future issues should they occur. I was in a happier mood after leaving the call with her. Continental Credit has been a delightful company to work with because of associates like Amairany. Thanks for being so great!

GBCancellation experience Credit services provided were fine. The only way to term Continental Credit services in the agreement that I signed was by US Mail which by itself is suspicious in this day and age. Continental Credit agrees that they received by written cancelation in January of 2023 but claims that during one of the calls they initiated to save the account I agreed to extend. Although they say the call was recorded they won't give it to me unless we go to Arbitration.
