My wife and I were going to close our… My wife and I were going to close our account because we were no longer getting updates on our credit but after speaking to Daniel our new account executive and being brought up to date on what Continental Credit was doing on our accounts and having our questions answered we decided not to close our accounts. Daniel is knowledgeable and polite and made sure we had his contact information so we could stay in regular contact with him. We appreciate all of his help.

I don't normally write reviews because… I don't normally write reviews because I find it hard to be helpful to others due to the large presence of fake reviews. This review is based on 2 separate home buying successes from 2014 until 2023. I tried out 3 separate similar agencies and this is the only one to not just take my money. The important thing is to be patient first and lastly build a rapport with one of the staff by securing reasonable expectations. If you stick with this company you will find a goldmine of help. Daniel was my biggest asset and my scores improved steadily over 100-200 points in the last 2 years. The last 100 points plus was just in the last 6 months. Yes it is frustrating but remember it's easy to mess up your credit but extremely difficult to have things removed. I have a background in finance and I kept a open mind and learned much better ways to negotiate my credit by learning and not repeating my mistakes thanks to Daniel and Continental Credit. I hope this review is helpful to others.

Great service This is my first time using a company like this. I can say that every one that has been working on my case is and has been very helpful not to mention very personal. I do like that they have a number that you can call and actually speak with someone and it's not an answering service that takes you round and round before you get to actually speak with a person. Yes I would recommend continental credit to anyone in need of there services.

Amairany is amazing! Amairany was super helpful and sweet. She was very understanding about my unfortunate circumstance, which made me feel better my situation. She also was able to resolve my issue with ease, clearly communicated procedures/policies, and patiently gave instructions for managing future issues should they occur. I was in a happier mood after leaving the call with her. Continental Credit has been a delightful company to work with because of associates like Amairany. Thanks for being so great!
