I have been assigned a person who can answer all of my questions and who can help when problems arise . I appreciate the professional manner in which they have dealt with me. I am new to this program but the customer service is by far phenomenal and they are true and honest to their word with helping you get back on your feet. They make it a smooth process and make sure you feel welcome and comfortorable. It is a lengthy process but worth it in the end.
