I’ve been using them for years and after paying off my 5000 credit limit my credit limit was reduced to 600 because of my credit when I actually have a higher credit score now so it doesn’t make any sense at all. Seven years and i'm done. After about seven years with PNC, i'm leaving. They have restricted my spending, they have denied my disputes of scams, and they constantly go down when rent is due. I'm sick of them being unreliable and outright against me. Their new commercials say they are boring? Yes, and they are lazy too. Pick a better bank.

I went to PNC this afternoon for help… I went to PNC this afternoon for help with an urgent problem a company over charging my five times. I spoke to a lady named Stephanie, she was the sweetest, most helpful, amazing knowledge, and before Zi could address another concern . She solved that problem at the Lubbock Bank on 98th Street amazing staff and the bank is the prettiest PNC I've ever seen , just a 10 thumbs up for them and want to say thank you to Stephanie for helping me and I left their feeling assured that everything would be okay so shout out and a big thank you to everybody at that branch sincerely Amanda poore

The waiting for help was awful The waiting for help was awful and after waiting an hour I couldn’t get an appointment to open up an account for two weeks later so I took my business the same day to FNB and opened up an account right away with no waiting or appointment that day… PNC also wanted to charge me 95.00 dollars to cash a check that they issued… I never will try to do business with PNC again.

Customer Service???? My PNC card was canceled due to suspicious activity. They said my card would take 5-7 business in mail. Never received. I called again and received the same response. I called again and asked if I could get the card sent overnight. The person put me on hold fir 20 minutes. She said she mail it out. I asked for it to be sent overnight again. She suggested I go to my branch. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!!
