Totally ssshit!!!!!! Support is not friendly they will not updated you on time very bad experience if you have some issues it will take 2 weeks or more before it will be solved. Suck application, high fees. They can't even improve their application. No good experience on this aplicantion scam in a way of taking high fee ang holding your crypto if you did some mistakes.

Escalation Complaint to COINS.PH manager It's easy to open an account .... but be warned that withdrawals is very difficult ... they will HOLD your withdrawal of funds until they validate your name, address etc... which is alright but they should use their common sense ... a small difference in address and your funds are put on HOLD. It took me 4 days and until now its still on HOLD and tons of service providers emailing you and but no resolution of your concern... It's irritating and frustrating dealing with coins.ph people .... no one to talk to ... just non sense repeating non value adding email exchanges ... VERY POOR SERVICE.

This company is pretty much milking its… This company is pretty much milking its members. The buy price is too high and the sell price is too low. they are profiting too much, we pretty much are making this company very rich lol. Unfortunately , there is no other way for Filipinos to access a fair btc wallet since most of them are banned here , like Coinbase ( Philippines is included in the restricted users list , so we can not trade nor purchase coins from there. )

Deactivation Process Coins. ph processes suck big time! They give you a hard time in deactivating your account! They had me fill out the user name verification form which I did. They also asked for a picture of me holding my ID and a sheet of paper stating the date of submission which I submitted. Then they claimed that I submitted the right picture but that it didn’t have a date of submission and then they told me to resubmit that stupid form all over again! Deactivating accounts is supposed to be a very simple process. Any company that complicates this like coins.ph is not to be trusted!

DO NO USE COINS.PH AT ALL COSTS! Had a really terrible experience with their customer support. Laging failed transaction kapag bibili ka ng load or magbabayad ng bills. Sa crypto services naman, don't even bother and take your business elsewhere. Sobrang bagal ng processing kung hindi failed. Mind din na hindi safe ang crypto sa Coins dahil hindi niyo hawak yung keys. Lagi pang maintenance kaya di mo rin mabenta yung binili mong crypto! WORST! USE OTHER E-WALLETS INSTEAD!
