I do highly recommend Plastk and big thanks to Mr. Maddox, I do highly appreciate his swift reponse at many occasions.

CAStill waiting for deposit back and to… Still waiting for deposit back and to remove bad report on Equifax. They deposit in my account the money and the next day they took the money back. What a joke company. I’m amaze that this can happen in Canada. The same happen with the credit report they took it and after they report me bad with Equifax. How much longer domI wait? Until a lawyer gets involved?

CADO NOT SEND MONEY TO THESE CROOKS DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THESE CROOKS. Tried canceling before activation August 2022 and advised 60 days to return funds. Going on 6 months and still nothing. They keep stating its been expedited and priority since November 1st. Still nothing! There is no one to contact directly on this matter. They keep replying "we have no access at all for processing any refund to any cardholder's account and can only make requests to our refund issuing team" They changed emails to hello_plastk I feel scammed! DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!

CAPlastk works for me! No serious issues! I'm a Plastk card holder and have been for some time. They are a newer company so still some issues to work out I think. At 1st when I got my card their credit bureau reporting wasn't in place. It has since been resolved and I now benefit from the credit bureau reporting. From my perspective the only issue that I have at present is the verified by Visa when buying online doesn't work and the card gets declined and some purchases just don't work and the card gets declined regardless of the available credit balance. I have backup card for those occasions so overall I've had a good experience with Plastk.

CAhorrible horrible, I was on vacation and the visa stopped working. Thankfully I had a NEO MC and was able to get home with my family. They wouldn't give me an answer to what the hell was going on. Tried calling the 1-800 number and ended up getting cross wired and was connected to another customer who was trying to get the same answer. now ghosting me with everything. CROOKS
