CAhorrible horrible, I was on vacation and the visa stopped working. Thankfully I had a NEO MC and was able to get home with my family. They wouldn't give me an answer to what the hell was going on. Tried calling the 1-800 number and ended up getting cross wired and was connected to another customer who was trying to get the same answer. now ghosting me with everything. CROOKS

CAAt the begenning I most say At the begenning I most say, I had difficulties to speak to any representative, But few days after I was contacted by an enployee called: Mr. Maddox, very professional, and he did help me a lot. I do highly recommend Plastk and big thanks to Mr. Maddox, I do highly appreciate his swift reponse at many occasions.

CACan I rate negative 100000000??? I would give this company a 0 out of 10 if I could. There are too many issues to list them all however, funds are being frozen, no access to my card, service disruptions, my credit rating tanking while they are in dispute with their bank. Crappy all around. Do yourself a favour and don't even consider this company.

CAI closed my account with is company and… I closed my account with is company and I still didn't get my refund from them and it been closed since September of 2023 and I am waiting for my money and my credit score went down cause they say they will closed my account and reported to the credit union. But it's still open

CAFRUADS! FRUADS! No communication, no transparency, no money back! Plastk's phone lines are dead, their live chat is down and they won't respond to their emails. I went with Neo Financial instead. More transparency, not run by dishonest people. Give us our money back! And don't reply with your copy-paste script.
