Have been with eccount for about 4… Have been with eccount for about 4 years. Initially a pretty reliable service, but transfers in and out becoming increasingly slow. The last person I spoke to there was incredibly unhelpful. Currently waiting over a week for a payment out to arrive. Their helpline is down due to the pandemic and they don't reply to emails. I will be contacting the Ombudsman.

Missing payments to my account!!! From this week I dont receive my wages and benefits, !!!!its only small amount going to my account. Previosly I dont have problem but this week its not only Nothing whit transfer to my account but the thinks that I cant contact whit Customer service, even I send a lot of emails but not answer my message !!!! And what now?!?!?? All money going out??? Even the dont send back this money to the company or HMRC. Please help me to contact whit this ECCOINT MONEY BANK. I need to know what happend.

Had to have a review on my account… Had to have a review on my account although took a long time to sort out I can say one lady called Pam in particular helped me get through it all though worried and stressed over it glad it’s all over and account up And running again

I have been with ECCOUNT for about a… I have been with ECCOUNT for about a year, first they say I have to cancel my standing order payments, then I transferred £400 from my main account to my card. On looking at the account online, there was no sign of the £400 anywhere, either still in my main account or on the card. I contacted them by email they said they had trouble with their servers it will appear on your card later. It has still not appeared on my card. I have been locked out of my account I can't login. They say, when I complain, "We don't recognise your email". I don't sign in with an email whats the problem? Is this company a scam? I have now written a complaint to the Financial Service Ombudsman in London, let's see what they say then. I will keep you posted.

I have had several issues with them in… I have had several issues with them in the past despite having been with them for several years now. I am still waiting for my wages which should have been paid in a week ago and yet no response from them whatsoever. Terrible customer service, you can no longer get through to them via phone despite dialing all the options on the operator and even waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes. I emailed them two days ago and yesterday again and still no reply...this is awful. For someone who pays a handling fee every month what am I getting in return? No mobile banking, no immediate transfers and no customer service!
