GBEccount is a Scam Stay Away!!! Stay away! BEWARE!! Opened a new account & had some funds transferred into my account which was only the fee for the card. Never received a card! Then I asked my friend to transfer money into my account for a DVD player he purchased which he did and sent me confirmation! All of a sudden the account is not active! A bogus company called SMBX compliance - An individual has been emailing asking for ID and other documents including the proof of source. I’ve provided them with this information yet they’ve come back & asked for the senders bank statements! This is not required ! The bank Is fraudulent DO NOT open an account with ECCOUNT or put any money into an account you have with them! They are scammers and take all your money. I have complained to the financial ombudsman and I have gone to the police today. Your money is taken from these guys AVOID AVOID AVOID. Find an alternative and look at other reviews they are all similar stories! This is a fraudulent apparent “bank”. They’ve asked for my contact details to resolve the situation but haven’t called me instead complained to trustpilot to remove the individuals name which I have done.

GBI have had several issues with them in… I have had several issues with them in the past despite having been with them for several years now. I am still waiting for my wages which should have been paid in a week ago and yet no response from them whatsoever. Terrible customer service, you can no longer get through to them via phone despite dialing all the options on the operator and even waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes. I emailed them two days ago and yesterday again and still no reply...this is awful. For someone who pays a handling fee every month what am I getting in return? No mobile banking, no immediate transfers and no customer service!

GBAfter they froze my account still £800… After they froze my account still £800 of my careers allowance went into my account. They did not refund it to HRMC and they can’t send me the money since they didn’t got refund!!! Keep redirecting me to Giblartar company they are also not responding!!! I want my money back!!!

GBHad to have a review on my account… Had to have a review on my account although took a long time to sort out I can say one lady called Pam in particular helped me get through it all though worried and stressed over it glad it’s all over and account up And running again
