GBA customer since 2009 I have been banking with Huntington when it started if with another name and has changed hands many times. I started my account in 2009. I have never had a bad experience with them. The customer service agents, the tellers and not all the managers but many of them have been extremely helpful, polite, courteous and friendly. Hope the bad ones are weeding out in the process. I wish they didn't charge for overseas withdrawals, but that is what they do. Also their ATM charges outside their network is also a pain in Bank. Most accounts allow 0 balance, early direct deposit (3 days), they don't have many of the charges that other banks tend to charge. The offices are very appealing. Since I am still with them, that should tell you that they haven't been robbing my money by charging crazy fees for anything. I use them wisely and avoid the avoidable. I recommend this bank highly

GBKinda ridiculous Kinda ridiculous, no ATM'S anywhere except for one in the middle of nowhere, won't post a deposit till late morning, .takes forever for temporary holds to complete

GBIt would be helpful to flag spam Zelle… It would be helpful to flag spam Zelle accounts. I know it’s at your own risk, but you would think a bank would help protect your money from con artists

GBOn two occasions at two different branches On two occasions at two different branches, one in West Milton, Ohio and the other in Perrysburg, Ohio. I have had exceptionally great customer service. My elderly mother's account was compromised with her writing a check to a scammer. I am still in the process of changing accounts, but have been so impressed with the kindness, patience, and helpfulness of the employees at these two branches. It has restored my faith in working with someone in person vs. over the phone or internet. Thank you Huntington for having exceptional branch employees. GBHome loan Do not get a home loan if you are in the Chicago area well at least from loan officer Bisael, terrible service! He definitely knows how to dodge phone calls and avoid his clients. If you like being told what you can and can’t do in your home buying experience, he is a your guy but if you actually want to know and be involved go to a different bank or credit union not Huntington. Banking is great! Lending is horrible. I was suppose to close on my house Feb 29th. It is now March 27th. After burning my vacation to close on Feb 29th he refused to make accommodation for me to close on an off day and refused to accept responsibility for this mishap and still wanted to charge me to extend my APR lock rate because I could not sign on his specific date. He only accepted to have charges waved after I backed out of the deal! A little too late!
