GBAbsolutely ridiculous Absolutely ridiculous! I've only been a customer with Huntington Bank for around 4 months, however, I've deposited a significant amount of money into my checking account since joining, well over $15k. I've started a new job and my first check was not direct deposited as it normally is, so I had to deposit my check. Today, is Friday, 2/16/24 and I was told that funds may not be available until Fri, 2/23/24 or Sat, 2/24/24. Wait, what??? So what I am suppose to do regarding my bill payments? Huntington team of processors can't call to verify the check through my employer or the bank? Should I have known, my best option would have been to use a check cashing store for this one-off circumstance. Once my check clear, I will be officially closing my account and will no longer conduct business with them. This is absolute stupidity!

GBI refinanced my home (that was financed… I refinanced my home (that was financed by Huntington) to lower the interest rate. Even though I was already financed through them and had far more savings with them than the amount I was refinancing, it was as if they had no idea who I was. Everything began from scratch. The process took over 5 weeks from beginning to end. Now I receive much junk mail asking me to take out mortgage insurance and or apply for personal loans. I would not recommend Huntington Bank to anyone...

GBHuntington sucks I can hardly believe that a bank can have ONE person listed on a joint account able to close the account without both parties consent. Also. Huntington bank does NOT give loans to non citizens. What about the thousands of people who live in the USA that are legal residents? Unbelievable.

GBA customer since 2009 I have been banking with Huntington when it started if with another name and has changed hands many times. I started my account in 2009. I have never had a bad experience with them. The customer service agents, the tellers and not all the managers but many of them have been extremely helpful, polite, courteous and friendly. Hope the bad ones are weeding out in the process. I wish they didn't charge for overseas withdrawals, but that is what they do. Also their ATM charges outside their network is also a pain in Bank. Most accounts allow 0 balance, early direct deposit (3 days), they don't have many of the charges that other banks tend to charge. The offices are very appealing. Since I am still with them, that should tell you that they haven't been robbing my money by charging crazy fees for anything. I use them wisely and avoid the avoidable. I recommend this bank highly

GBKinda ridiculous Kinda ridiculous, no ATM'S anywhere except for one in the middle of nowhere, won't post a deposit till late morning, .takes forever for temporary holds to complete
