GBCustomer Service non existent, money pocketed in Customer Service line voice mail full.... This "company' pocketed in my money due to inactivity. All of it! I was not comfortable trading, so I didn't. Why would the money totally disappear. I understand some monthly fee, that I can see deducted, but no, Just all gone. Avoid this place.

GBACH Deposit disabled... I feel like I have been scammed! I attempted to do an ACH Deposit to my bank account but it failed due to a "capability upgrade" that is being performedon the system. I also saw that the routing and account numbers were hidden. I sent a message to customer service inquiring what capability upgrade was and when the upgrade would be complete. GBThe fact that when you make a deposit… The fact that when you make a deposit either a ACH or Credit Card it that deposit will be available within your account in 7 business days. It takes an additional 20 days for you to be able to send or withdraw the funds. This to me is like holding your funds hostage.

GBI deposited a small amount to buy NFT… I deposited a small amount to buy NFT which was fine. Now I am unable to withdraw until kyc is complete (which is fine). However have tried several times to complete kyc, even having support reset my account, but it fails instantly on all occasions. Guess I will write off my funds / NFT. But advise others to avoid at all costs.

GBCoinZoom - 50% Fees! Avoid This Company I was charged 50% fees from this company ..... 50%!!! When I complained they said the fees are on the website. Yes, they are, but too small, most people (is it their goal?) miss the fees info. It's so easy to change, just have a pop up with a WARNING stating you are about to be ripped off with 50% fees! That way customers can decide but right now it's just you're gonna get ripped off with 50% fees too bad suckers! In this day and age these scammy type companies can be avoided. There are a lot of far better options! When you complain their customer service just reply with bog standard url links, awful customer service too! Update: 4th July 2022 The CoinZoom Customer Service were excellent, they refunded me!
