GBTerrible is a compliment. Terrible, to say the least. I tried to withdrawn my money using a Debit Card (nothing special, just a normal bank debit card) and it did not work. I asked for help, at least 4 different people replied and not even one of them was able to suggest to use a different card (I tried and I finally got my money back). When asking for help I pointed that I had only 100$ on my Coinzoom account and, one of the persons, suggested me to use a Wire withdrawn method: 25$ of fees. Terrible company, useless customer service, will never ever use it again.

GBCustomer Service non existent, money pocketed in Customer Service line voice mail full.... This "company' pocketed in my money due to inactivity. All of it! I was not comfortable trading, so I didn't. Why would the money totally disappear. I understand some monthly fee, that I can see deducted, but no, Just all gone. Avoid this place.

FRI purchased 3000$ BTC to invest with at… I purchased 3000$ BTC to invest with at Planoff but I am yet to receive my coins in my wallet. Customer care has not been responding either. You guys are just wasting my time..

GBThis company sucks This company sucks. Out of an abundance of caution, I sent a test wire deposit which credited my account. Then when I sent 30k afterward, it was lost! They’re hyped about expanding globally and they can’t perform basic business functions in the US yet.

GBThe score will be lower but I recently… The score will be lower but I recently sent some funds to my account T#153004 and getting the run around with the company that their is a delay in the exchange. I asked for them to reverse the transaction and they keep on going back and forth with me on if I received the funds or sent the funds. Right now I will not recommend a company that customer support is sucks. Who knows if I will ever get my funds deposited to my account or I loose whatever I had.
