GBI truly outdated bank out here at all… A truly outdated bank out here at all the H-E-B store try to promote people to open up new account. don't even have Zelle also most banks if you use ATM lease about three or four times they will give you that charge back. I have truly wasted my time opening up account changing my account for this outdated ass bank. Representative tells me I can do Western Union don't nobody do Western Union anymore. Everybody do Zelle people even have cash app cards out here and you tell me that they so cheap that y'all can get your system pub running so people taking my banking back to Chase

GBThey falsely advertised that they are a community bank but they are members only Bank They claim to be a community bank but they are not. They are members only. This isn't their policy even and are denying to give change against their own policy. I have gotten change for over a year and this is the second time they have done this. The two ladies were sitting there doing nothing and one was on her personal phone, but when I had a supervisor call they refused to answer the phone despite sitting there doing nothing with no one else in line. They falsely claim to be a community bank and leaves me walking 4 miles for nothing when they had no problem serving me for a year

GBGreat Bank! I absolutely love Woodforest, so I have a very poor banking history, and I needed a second chance and Woodforest came to the rescue with there second chance checking. Woodforest has been beyond amazing in every way possible. Customer service has been great, my local branch is beyond phenomenal, and the mobile app is pretty great as well. I have ZERO complaints about them!

GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. Went in to get a cashiers check and got told I have to pay a 10$ fee (never had to pay before). Even after agreeing with the fee the woman still tried to have a disagreement with me even after the matter was over. She was very unprofessional and on edge. I had to ask her if we could just proceed with the transaction. She definitely needs more training.

GBBy far the worst bank I have ever been… By far the worst bank I have ever been associated with. They freeze your account if you conduct bill pay check even if you have a few thousand dollars in the account. They disable my online access without warning and expect you to go into a branch to have it unlocked. Horrible and useless customer service. Never again. You can’t send wires online, use Zelle or conduct any ACH payments. Just a horrible horrible experience.
