GBWorst banking experience Ever!!!! No customer service you can only CHAT and they end chat when they are do e talking to you. Belive is a scam they hold your money for 30 days Plus 1 business day just for a hotel deposit. And when you try to resolve it they tell you there is nothing they can do you just have to wait. They have no answers and tell you there is nothing that they can do. There is no way to escalate a situation you just get hung up on and told "I understand your frustration" Please use ANY other banking institution and tell everyone you know as well. You are better off giving your money to a random person with a coffee can. They would be more helpful.

GBI've been waiting for my payroll funds… I've been waiting for my payroll funds to be released on a mobile check deposit I made over a week ago, even with the assistance of my employer and their issuing bank. Customer service will repeatedly send CRM response macros and templates.

GBThis bank needs to be stopped… This bank needs to be stopped immediately, I disputed a transaction on 1/11/24 I was at work when I noticed $360 withdrawal I have my card with me and was nowhere near atm location where funds were taking out. They sent a card after card arrived my app said dispute resolved clearly not resolved. Then if you dont pay attention every time you make a transaction more than what transaction says is coming out. Funny part is when i called for dispute i got someone now I keep calling and going into chats about funds being reimbursed I can’t get anyone on the phone let alone in Chat it frustrating and unprofessional and totally ridiculous.

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service, can't speak to a live agent to resolve an issue with them suspended my account. Going on 2 weeks now. No one will help me with this issue. I have no money and can't pay any bills. This is ridiculous

GBNot worth using anymore Everything was great up until the last month. My direct deposits were consistent but in the last month they are posting later and later but my employer has over 10,000 employees and sends deposits the same time every pay period. I’m going to switch because I don’t trust them anymore! My deposit should of hit last night , bills are due and they don’t even offer live customer service!
