GB5 months on, disputed charge still not solved I disputed a GooglePlay charge. I did buy the service (a feature in an app) but was it never delivered. The developer didn't respond either. After disputing the charge, maybe 5 months ago, the dispute still hasn't been resolved. Would recommend to give up the card entirely.

GBGreat starter card Great starter card. I am a college student with zero credit history. I applied for a few cards before I head about education cards for students like myself. I wanted one that had ok benefits, but more than anything, wasn't going to take my money. This card gives me 1% cash back with zero monthly/annual fees. It also sends frequent reminders letting me know my payment is due soon/has been received, etc. After one year of use, I have no complaints and I recommended it to my siblings. App is a little janky, but nothing you can't figure out. Overall I'm very happy with it.

GBHorrible Horrible. Had an account with them since 2017. 3 days ago I contacted them to inform a last name change and request a new card because mine expired in July and I haven’t received a new one. My requests were promptly accepted and them 2 days later they closed my account for “prolonged inactivity” with no notice. Contacted customer service and they said they can’t do anything to reverse it. The card is garbage as the customer service. I would keep the account open just to aging my score. Anyway. Stay away. They are literally garbage

GBI need to access my account but I never… I need to access my account but I never get the verification code they send and nobody answers customer support emails. The phone number for customer support does not even connect. I used to be able to log in with email but apparenty that feature is gone. Deserve always disappoints me

GBI am using deserve credit card from… I am using deserve credit card from last one year..they didn't increase my credit limit.. they increase the limit after one year which is very bad because i regularly used card and paid before the time and i not have any penalties....i have call several time to increase my limit...the customer service is not good...
