GBI recently sign up I recently sign up, filled out all the information including my SS# but unfortunately I messed up my number by one digit, which they e-mailed me informing me that my SS# did not match and that I needed to correct the situation. Fine, I went into my account to do just that and after I corrected my SS# I was prompted to down load my DL, SS card, and take a selfie with my ID. Wow, that is a bit much to verify ones ID and I e-mailed back that I do not do selfies with my ID. That stuff gets intercepted and boom I'm on the dark web. So I'm closing this account down before I even get started. I've never been asked to disclose this kind of stuff from other broker platforms. Talk about redundancy, then you have to do all over again to withdraw your own funds.

GBStill waiting for dividends to show up Still waiting for dividends to show up. Dividend payment date was several days ago and still hasn’t shown up in my moomoo account. Moomoo is probably holding the money to make money on the interest.

GBDisappointing new trading platform I recently joined Moomoo and money for a promotion they had running to receive partial stock shares just for joining and depositing. After 3 weeks and multiple contacts to a rude staff... I never received any shares. The account will be closed.

GBT⊶r⊶e⊶a⊶s⊶u⊶r⊶e⊶F⊶u⊶n⊶d⊶i⊶n⊶g I won't recommend to just anyone. My "partnership" with them didn't work out well for me. I actually didn't gain rather ran into crazy losses with me not being able to get either my main capital or gains out. I am using a diff one now, the name on my title , making some really great improvement with them

GBThey false adertise often They false adertise often. Their policies are not properly listed. The customer service is not helpful. They just copy the policies and dont actually engage in your inquiry. There is no management team. No one contacts you back. The app interface is also so shotty and very overwhelming.
