Disappointing new trading platform I recently joined Moomoo and money for a promotion they had running to receive partial stock shares just for joining and depositing. After 3 weeks and multiple contacts to a rude staff... I never received any shares. The account will be closed.

The app is rich of datas (including institutional holdings, level2, etc) and technical analysis tools features which can be used at all time. Also, the educational courses are great resources for either investors or traders. Downloaded the apps on mobile and desktop. On the desktop, be sure to login using your mobile number to eliminate hiccups.

Moomoo worths trust I am confused why people say it is a scam, I used it over half a year and I love the news keeps me updated to the economic trend and financial situation. This app is quite user-friendly and you definitely could give it a go.

The APP of Moomoo is not user friendly… The APP of Moomoo is not user friendly at all, it is so confusing. First, it would not allow my account transfer from margin account to RRSP account. I must make direct deposit to RRSP for the contribution. Second, it limits my trading for ridiculous reason. During my application, I provided that I had two years of trading experience(full time) to be conservative even already have 5 years of experience. When I tried to purchase $500 of SQQQ, was told that based on my two years of experience, I cannot trade SQQQ because it is too complex for me.

Great app with comprehensive data I love the app. While it may take some initial navigation, once you grasp how to use it, you'll discover the most comprehensive data and features.
