Hoping To Be A Long Term Customer I've been a customer of OKcoin for approximately 12 months and my opinion is the exchange is thinking of long term growth. The number of tokens have increased along with improvements with their Smartphone App. Staking is available for those that desire a better return than the traditional financial institutions. In addition Lightning Network is available for sending BTC, which not many exchanges make available to their customers. The one improvement to the App would be to make it possible to switch it to a Dark Mode if desired. Everything else is exceptional with it's design. I believe I'm going to be one of those long term customers. OKcoin, may you continue with your long term goals of expanding the possibility for all to obtain and trade crypto currency.

DO NOT USE OKCOIN Okcoin has had my account on “risk control” for over 3 weeks because the site wasn’t working and I accidentally clicked “add payment” too many times. I’ve emailed them dozens of times and no one will answer. I cannot trade and my money is stuck in the account…. If they aren’t a fraud company then they are a very very bad company and are stealing peoples money. I HIGHLY recommend against using this company.

support service is terrible Hi. If you want to constantly have problems with withdrawing money and coins, top up your account on the same exchange. Every time you encounter a problem, the support service will advise you to try later, for a month, and simply close the chat. The last customer service operator used caps lock when writing my name. Well, it’s nothing special 😆 I will close my account only because of the operator.

Love Okcoin but wish some delistings didn't happen I first discovered Okcoin due to their early support and advocacy for Stacks. It's still the primary way I purchase STX these days. I like that they took those risks and did other BTC positive moves like supporting lightning. The only thing that has made my experience less than stellar is the lack of other coins within the stacks ecosystem being available (xBTC, USDA, DIKO and ALEX for example). I understand liquidity is maybe not sufficient but Okcoin was the only place to get them and did leave a sour taste in my mouth when they were delisting the few coins that were listed for stx. I really hope these come back in the future especially as the network grows.
