GBI do wanna say you've made it easier to… I do wanna say you've made it easier to navigate your site with the beta, it still takes time and effort in learning the in and outs of the site and I love the limit order so I can set my price and the fees are great! Although with all the carnage in cefi I do worry about solvency just be safe and try not to get destroyed like other crypto sites!! I would put out a instructional vid on navigating your site or links that match up with what I might be trying to achieve. But overall getting better

GBThe Perfect Exchange I believe in DYOR. I also believe that sooner or later the issues will appear. I have to say that i have been using OKcoin for over a year and they have become MY exchange. From deposits to transfers they have made it easy. I love that they have a awesome staking program, especially the stacks coins that pay be Btc sats everyday. Keep up the great work. Civee

Cons: * Low liquidity for some coins * Lack of notifications for trades * Immediate credit but 10 days wait for ACH before withdraw allowed

GBI’m not here to bash OkCoin… I just… I’m not here to bash OkCoin… I just need some assistance with my 2FA issue. My only gripe with you guys is the turnaround time when comes to customer support. This is my second request to remove 2fa from account because I lost access to Authy. I requested this months ago and still can’t get access. Please advise. Ticket# 20346088

GBThis last time OKcoin was great This last time OKcoin was great. They received my deposit and posted it quickly. I deducted one star because this is not always the case. Sometimes it takes days to do a transaction, and in the world of crypto this takes too long. I am looking forward to the consistency of timely transactions.
