GBHoping To Be A Long Term Customer I've been a customer of OKcoin for approximately 12 months and my opinion is the exchange is thinking of long term growth. The number of tokens have increased along with improvements with their Smartphone App. Staking is available for those that desire a better return than the traditional financial institutions. In addition Lightning Network is available for sending BTC, which not many exchanges make available to their customers. The one improvement to the App would be to make it possible to switch it to a Dark Mode if desired. Everything else is exceptional with it's design. I believe I'm going to be one of those long term customers. OKcoin, may you continue with your long term goals of expanding the possibility for all to obtain and trade crypto currency.

GBTrailing stops! Excellent interest rates! As I gained experience with Crypto I tried most of the big name brokers including Coinbase, Gemini, and others. Some had high commission rates. Some had poor feature sets. All had one major feature missing - trailing stops. In my search for a broker with decent rates and trailing stops I found Okcoin and FTX.US. After trying them both I elected to us Okcoin due to its ease of use, low commissions, trailing stops, and excellent interest rates on crypto dollars put into their “earn” program. I am very happy with my choice, especially when I check my daily interest earned!

IEsupport service is terrible Hi. If you want to constantly have problems with withdrawing money and coins, top up your account on the same exchange. Every time you encounter a problem, the support service will advise you to try later, for a month, and simply close the chat. The last customer service operator used caps lock when writing my name. Well, it’s nothing special 😆 I will close my account only because of the operator.

AETried to withdraw based on their… Tried to withdraw based on their deadline, they have "wallet maintenance" going on; even though network is fine. Now I'm charged maintenance fees even though they can't facilitate my request within their deadline. Should have seen the red flags when they were promoting MIA.
