GBJoined Excite Credit Union to be able… Joined Excite Credit Union to be able to refinance our home through your CU. Due to an extreme lack of communication, the loan never happened. Without my knowledge, the interest rate lock was extended once, with a second extension in effect. Then it expired prior to funding and recording. Not a great experience !

We completed my auto loan in a couple of days. I just hope that for next time, I can sign everything online since I live all the way in Alameda County. GBCrappy service A mistake was made and excite let me get clobbered with overdraft fees. Never did they try once to let me know. I deposited $60 00 into my account and the receipt indicated a 400.00 balance not a negative amount .
