He spent an hour on a Zoom call with me listening and asking questions to be sure I had a good claim. It was a very informative. Tony was extremely helpful. He explained the next steps and sent me a checklist of all documents required. My claim was then transferred to an Account Rep. who contacted and sent me their findings and report prior to submitting it to the IRS. I found the process entire process to straightforward and relatively easy. So far, so good. Now, I wait.

GBController We were first informed by Stenson Tamaddon that our first quarter 2021 941X return had been rejected by the IRS. Now we are told that it is still being processed. To date we have not received a refund. We feel that we are not being given accurate information and do not know how to get correct answers to our questions.

GBNon-Responsive Stentam reached out to me to file ERC for 6 quarters. I told them I already filed for 4; they asked could they file for the remaining 2. I told them yes and then worked with a rep to get paperwork in and filed. Since this has happened she has gone. I received an invoice signifying that they had indeed filed for 6 quarters and not the 2 we worked on and they invoiced me for 20% of that total. I have tried to contact them about this error and NO ONE has emailed, called me back or responded to my emails or concerns. This invoice is still pending and I plan on calling the IRS bc I do not want to owe them any money.

GBslow response, but satisfied I processed the requested paperwork within three days, but then the process seemed to stall. It took several contacts before I was finally given an account manager, who didn't move things ahead. I was then assigned a new account manager. This guy had it wrapped up in less than a week. Took about three months to get it handled. I am happy with the results. Now just waiting on the IRS.
