We were still getting killed on interest. We were able to cut our interest rate in half, keep the monthly payments the same AND shave off 7 years!!! GBIncompetent slow Slow, too many broken promises to enumerate, lies, awful internet. SLOW. If negative stars an option I would give 5 especially after reading g their insipid response Avoid Westlend/Lenox at all costs Their rates and fees are market no better than Wells, Chase, AmeriSave, etc. Their underwriters are not trained.

GBtotal bait and switch attempt Was quoted today by loan officer 3.125% rate with zero closing costs after lender credits. I sent in all my paperwork as requested and then when I got the Truth in Lending statement there was $1650 in fees after credits. I confronted my loan officer regarding what he had quoted me in comparison to his disclosure and he danced around the answer then tried to blame it on a mid day price increase. I told him I called BS on that. As a prior 25 year veteran from the mortgage industry, I know how to read loan disclosures and could tell a bait and switch when i see one. I ultimately told him to cancel my application as I no longer trusted him with my refi.
