GBI have had an account with Dort Federal… I have had an account with Dort Federal for over 30 years, tellers and employees have always been friendly and helpful. Until the new drive through teller system started. I have sat and waited for service, even to be greeted, for over 20 minutes on much more than one occasion. With 2 tellers lines open there were 2 cars at each “teller” waiting. It’s becoming very frustrating. I miss the personal experience of having someone physically at the bank. My wife’s credit union and my daughter’s bank both offer this more personal service.

GBI would NOT recommemd this financial institution to anyone... I would NOT recommemd this bank to ANYONE. closed my account after not even being open a week. Must be there 6 months to make mobile deposits, 90 days before you can make check or cash deposits by atm, you have to deposit in person, atm usage fees even with their own atm, not linked with any other credit union, opt out of od protection, still get charged an overdraft fee even if its declined, refused to open a business account, with proof of business, unless i spent more money to file for a county proof of business certificate. What a load of crock. A total joke....then they charge you 5.00 to close an account.....

GBWell done dfcu !!!! Well done dfcu !!!!! Set appointment on line with the nature of the business and was sent multiple reminders. Arrived on time was greeted by reception and escourted to an office in under 5 minutes. Bank manager handled my business professionally and efficiently. Thanks

GBOwosso Customer Service Owosso Customer Service I have been a customer of Dort for 3 years. During the time I have ran into minor and major problems mostly your online system but with also my debit card being used illegally. At times I considered to transfer to another financial company. However, I discovered that you and I, are lucky to have a person consider right in the Owosso Dort to share a problem with customers such as I. The Customer Service lady, Vanessa, has always been outstanding help. Always very friendly and welcoming regardless how her own concerns are. GBThe fast and efficient Credit Union! Bought a used vehicle from an individual not a dealership on the 30th of December and the entire process lasted less than 30 minutes. Dort is very fast and efficient and they take great care of their members. I highly recommend Dort to anyone looking for a new bank or credit union.
