Shoronda is the best atm teller in the world! We just drove thru Davisons drive thru. We had Shoronda as our teller. This is like the 5th experience that we have had over the past year. You could not pay that lady enough for the customer experience she always gives. Friendly, joyous contagious happiness. We love her and I hope she gets to at least get the verbal attaboy that she so richly deserves. Dort is incredibly blessed to have employees like her.

Friendly service at a safe and secure Credit Union My debit card was fraudulently used. My concern was taken as a priority when I visited your Hill Road branch. I was issued a new card on the spot. I was also given peace of mind knowing your institution was aware of the situation and taking care of it promptly. In the 20 years I have been using a bank account, I have never felt as safe and secure as I do at Dort Federal Credit Union. Thank you all 😊

Smart, friendly service every time. My daughter and get smart, prompt care from Micayla Slezak, at the Swartz Creek Branch. She always has an answer for us when we have a problem. During the time I have ran into minor and major problems mostly your online system but with also my debit card being used illegally. At times I considered to transfer to another financial company. However, I discovered that you and I, are lucky to have a person consider right in the Owosso Dort to share a problem with customers such as I.
