Top notch customer service I contacted the customer service team in a frantic mess after hours. I'm new to the Portis wallet and though I'd lost my unsupported ERC coins to the deep bowels of the interwebs. Customer service contacted me promptly and reminded me I could just import my Portis wallet into Metamask until they're supported. What a lifesaver! I was able to add their contact address, ship them off, and have since earned profit. Thanks!

issue accessing Shapeshift account I had an issue accessing my Shapeshift account. My KeepKey device did not show the number block for PIN input but was stuck in update mode. With swift help from the support team my problem could be easily solved. That was 'excellent' but it took two tickets because the first one was confirmed but I never received an answer to it. The Representative there went over with me a few steps in order to locate and solve the issue I was having. ShapeShift is a SCAM ShapeShift is a SCAM! Nothing works with them They're still sending a lot of emails about their nonexistent airdrops. Few months ago I received FOX tokens as an airdrop, but they dissapeared. My friend had this same situation. Now I checked ETH address of my registered FOX wallet, but it's not eligible for airdrop!
