I was concerned when Shapeshift/KeepKey… I was concerned when Shapeshift/KeepKey migrated from a centralized model to a decentralized business model that the level of tech support might suffer. I am pleased to report that, since the transition, support is even better now than it was in the first place. First rate service from people that care about your success....what more could you want???

Well was a bad day trading with… Well was a bad day trading with shapeshift unfortunately, they would only limit me to $1000 or less trades on Ethereum, BTC and USDC for some unexplained reason. To top it off 2 of my 10 trades are still "awaiting" so needed to do 2 help support tickets and I guess we will see how that goes. Two days ago I traded my Ether and BTC, over 20K worth in two trades without a hitch, so not sure whats up, maybe trying to get more fees from me ? Anyways I am disappointed, hopefully won't happen again, if it does I will ditch them and the keepkey and go ledger nano/coinmama,itbit or crypto.com, but we will see.

Great support Great support. I couldn't see my history of transactions in my portis wallet and the customer service was prompt and helpful. Finally they've found a solution and I could track my purchases. The transactions with Banxa are bit scary, slow and expensive if you compare the price of the coins in the market in the moment of the purchase + commission. In summary, I'm happy with Portis and Shapshift, regarding Banxa, I would pick a different choice if I could.

For me it's the best exchange which I use on regular basis as every crypto investor needs this kind of exchange alot. The best thing is that they provide exchange value as low as 0.1$ which makes this exchange totally different from all the exchanges in the market as every instant exchange has basic limit for tokens exchange like for btc 10$ is minimum and for eth 5$ is minimum but in case of shapeshift they have lowest of all. The exchange happens instantly and they provide full value of tokens without any cheat.

ShapeShift is a SCAM ShapeShift is a SCAM! Nothing works with them They're still sending a lot of emails about their nonexistent airdrops. Few months ago I received FOX tokens as an airdrop, but they dissapeared. My friend had this same situation. Now I checked ETH address of my registered FOX wallet, but it's not eligible for airdrop!
