Well was a bad day trading with… Well was a bad day trading with shapeshift unfortunately, they would only limit me to $1000 or less trades on Ethereum, BTC and USDC for some unexplained reason. To top it off 2 of my 10 trades are still "awaiting" so needed to do 2 help support tickets and I guess we will see how that goes. Two days ago I traded my Ether and BTC, over 20K worth in two trades without a hitch, so not sure whats up, maybe trying to get more fees from me ? Anyways I am disappointed, hopefully won't happen again, if it does I will ditch them and the keepkey and go ledger nano/coinmama,itbit or crypto.com, but we will see.

I was concerned when Shapeshift/KeepKey… I was concerned when Shapeshift/KeepKey migrated from a centralized model to a decentralized business model that the level of tech support might suffer. I am pleased to report that, since the transition, support is even better now than it was in the first place. First rate service from people that care about your success....what more could you want???

ShapeShift is a SCAM ShapeShift is a SCAM! Nothing works with them They're still sending a lot of emails about their nonexistent airdrops. Few months ago I received FOX tokens as an airdrop, but they dissapeared. My friend had this same situation. Now I checked ETH address of my registered FOX wallet, but it's not eligible for airdrop!

Keepkey device issue, support shoddy! Brand new Keepkey device having major issues, no response in over a week. Clicking on the 'get help' button redirects to a broken link. Keepkey arrives with absolutely no updates and is not useable until the device has been updates. Device has no instruction on arrival, it's a bunch of guessing. Going to website for information has no support for linux, you need to dig for how to update the device.

I would recommend. After a small tech issue on my end, I was able to seamlessly connect my new KeepKey. The new ShapeShift trading page is beautifully designed and intuitive to use. I would look forward to a few more coins in the future, but they still offer a good variety. I've used Shapeshift's coin exchange service in previous years, and all their experience from that success shows up in full force with this new project. I would definitely recommend it.
