love at sight 1st time using ShapeShift , and with someone pretty "new" to crypto currency , it is hard for me sometimes to trading correctly and understand what i am doing with the plafrom i worked with, sometime i feel dumb , its true. But the first sight that ShapeShift gave me was friendly plafrom which is not too saddy , not too comlicated , or too many information * with me that enough , i dont need the tool that too comlicated far than my knowleged simple and easy to use.

I needed to reset 2FA on many crypto platforms and services lately because I have no longer access to my phone with authenticator. Resetting it on Shapeshift went with the speed of light comparing to others. Thank you

I was concerned when Shapeshift/KeepKey… I was concerned when Shapeshift/KeepKey migrated from a centralized model to a decentralized business model that the level of tech support might suffer. I am pleased to report that, since the transition, support is even better now than it was in the first place. First rate service from people that care about your success....what more could you want???

I would recommend. After a small tech issue on my end, I was able to seamlessly connect my new KeepKey. The new ShapeShift trading page is beautifully designed and intuitive to use. I would look forward to a few more coins in the future, but they still offer a good variety. I've used Shapeshift's coin exchange service in previous years, and all their experience from that success shows up in full force with this new project. I would definitely recommend it.

I had some issues in regards to my…locating and transferring coins I had some issues in regards to my coins and unable to navigate to send them. I contacted shapeshift and I got a prompt reply. The Representative there went over with me a few steps in order to locate and solve the issue I was having. In a matter of minutes I was able to get the problem solved with their assistance of course. This isn't the first time that they've helped with a problem that I've had. The Representative was informative and helpful. Its a relief to know that they're right there to help out :).
