GBUseless support and no care for privacy. I have no relationship with Nav, yet they keep emailing me someone else’s invoice. Customer service is no help because they can’t look up “my account”. Clearly they don’t care about their customers privacy if they aren’t worried about sending it to the wrong person consistently and don’t even want to resolve the issue. Why would anyone want to do business with a business that cares so little about privacy is beyond me.

GBThis company is organized theft! This company is organized theft! I cancelled my subscription in October 2023, and they keep charging my account and refuse to process a refund!!! They have the most robotic and insensitive customer service and it seems that all they want is to take advantage of small businesses and rip people off. Shame on Nav!

Where is that I was uncomfortable with trying to do things myself and Joe help me get comfortable and we got the job done I appreciate that... Team player on the other side of the phone... I had a great experience.

GBI was extremely impressed with Nav's… I was extremely impressed with Nav's customer service representative. They were highly professional and incredibly knowledgeable about my concerns regarding my Nav Prime card. The best part was the brief hold time when I called. It showed me that Nav values my time. With such excellent service, I'm more confident using Nav's wide range of features to grow my business!

TWEmily has been very helpful. Emily has been very helpful. While I haven't taken a loan with Nav yet, I have spoken to Emily several times and every time she has been patient and helpful in laying out my options. If in the future, we decide to take a loan with Nav, I know they will provide excellent customer service.
