I had been calling Nav customer service all day hours after hours got no answer, But Joe B. called back before the day was over and when he me back I was on another call so I could not talk to him. So I asked him could he call back in 5 to 10 minutes and he did just that.. So Joe thanks for being a good asset to the company and going over and beyond for me ✨ Good customer care 🫶🏽

GBExtremely Misleading Nav Prime Program. Extremely Misleading Nav Prime Program. The site tells you that you have a "high match 95%" for their Nav Prime business credit builder program. You then have to pay a fee to find out that it was just that, a misleading advertisement to grab money from new businesses. They refuse to issue a refund, even though it was requested within minutes of the original payment.
