Speedy Customer Service The customer service team is so amazing. They answer quickly and provide the best assistance. Every issue I've ever had was resolved in an amazingly timely manner. There's never been any discrepancies with transactions. And the best thing about the whole thing is that they build my credit effortlessly.

Support is Superb!! I’ve been using Step for quite some time teaching kids financial responsibility. They sure don’t get this in school and schools should teach this so kids understand finances and credit. We changed our kids number but could not update it. The STEP program is an excellent Teacher! The STEP program has been an excellent tool in helping us to teach our daughter about financial responsibility, and to prepare her for the "real" world after graduation. With the STEP card, she has been able to have her paycheck from her part-time job directly deposited into her account. It gives her a greater sense of autonomy now that she doesn't have to come to us for money and can pull out her STEP card. It's her money and her choices at her disposal. She is excited now about saving money and watching her savings balance grow. And she is far more responsible in what she spends her money on. The STEP program has made a huge difference in her life, and in ours!

definitely recommend this app I've been using this app for the past 3-4 years. The app is incredibly easy to navigate and understand, and almost every question you need answered is right in the FAQ section. And if there happens to be any questions I have that are unanswered, customer service assists me beautifully. Transferring money between accounts, sponsors, and friends hasn't been a hassle in my experience. Buying physical products has honestly been stress-free as well, considering you don't need to enter a PIN number whenever buying something, so you're practically in and out. Definitely recommend to anyone who is just starting out on their financial journey, or parent's who want to start their kids out with little to no issue.
