I was ready to pay back my lump sum and qualified for the 60-day discount, but they charged me for an extra day. Basic math with them felt like pulling teeth. They don't comprehend simple requests and unless you stay on top of them, they will likely try to squeeze out a few extra hundred dollars from you like they did with me. Happy to be done with them and will never use this institution again.
