Inefficient system Too many mistakes with they're software. They are very unaccommodating even when they made the mistake. They treat you like they are too good for you. Also the underwriters make mistakes all the time causing confusion. Max on the other end is always extremely helpful. He stays on top of everything for us and when he is busy and we miss him he always calls back.

Will cheat you unless you stay on top of them I had the misfortune of dealing with Chelsea Lauriston and Michael La Chapelle as my customer service reps. I was ready to pay back my lump sum and qualified for the 60-day discount, but they charged me for an extra day. Basic math with them felt like pulling teeth. They don't comprehend simple requests and unless you stay on top of them, they will likely try to squeeze out a few extra hundred dollars from you like they did with me. Happy to be done with them and will never use this institution again.
