I stopped in one time for info only on CD's and thought the CD person, [not a teller] seemed to be too busy and wanted to get on to something else. I took this as an exception to the otherwise good service.

I have used them for checking, savings, credit cards, and loans. Don't pay high fees and interest charges to banks. Credit Unions are best and Arapahoe Credit Union is a great choice.
