Great Product and Customer Service Great Product and Customer Service. One of my favorite things about Arapahoe Credit Union is the customer service they provide in person and via phone. They answer all of my questions and are prompt in responding when I reach out with issues. Their banking products compete with every bank and credit union that I've ever worked with. The only draw back i've come across is that the online banking doesn't show pending transactions but they have a solution to that by using the CardNav app that can assist with that. I am looking forward to an update that fixes that quirk so they can be stellar!

I purchased my Hyundai Tucson shortly after having to claim bankruptcy, I haven’t even owned the vehicle for a year and Arapahoe Credit Union was able to refinance my loan, lower my interest rate by almost 9% and in turn lowered my car payment. If you are looking for an easy loan process and being treated like you are a valued customer regardless of your credit score this is definitely the place to go!

nothing but positive experiences I have been a member of this bank since childhood and have had nothing but positive experiences. Securing a car loan was a very transparent and efficient experience and as I travel a lot the vast network of partner branches makes it very easy for me to bank from anywhere. I have found myself wishing I could deposit checks by photo and I have run into times where I was unable to cash a check that had been signed over to me from another party - and while this is inconvenient, it is understandable and ACU should ultimately be commended on their thoroughness. Your money is in good hands and every step of their process demonstrates that.

I stopped in one time for info only on CD's and thought the CD person, [not a teller] seemed to be too busy and wanted to get on to something else. I took this as an exception to the otherwise good service.
